The desktop version was discontinued. This was done for a number of reasons. The main reason is that people stopped using it and were just using the online/web version. Other reasons for discontinuing were that it was confusing to customers, operating systems increasing burdensome requirements to install on their operating system, technical support burdens. The online/web version works the same and can be used anywhere and on any device with a modern browser (even mobile).
